Terrell Hills, one of San Antonio's oldest mature communities is
centrally located. Terrell Hills is a municipality in itself including
police and
fire protection. Being one of San Antonio's oldest
communities there are few vacant lots and much of Mike Hollaway Custom
Homes building is precluded by purchasing an older home and
demolishing existing home. Terrell Hills lots are typically heavily
treed.
Terrell Hills western border is located at Broadway, southern border
Hildebrand, northern border-Austin Hwy and easy access off Hwy 281,
exit Hildebrand, east to Broadway, turn left onto Broadway and Terrell
Hills is on the right.
Children will attend schools in the Alamo Heights School
District.
